Dear {{First Name}},
I am in awe of all the complexity my body is able to hold. I grieve the loss and destruction we were unable to prevent. I celebrate the brave activists, facilitators, and change-makers that pioneered pathways. My heart breaks for the injustices against humanity and our planet across the globe. I am inspired by those with the courage to speak out against the injustice despite the personal risk. I fear the changing world that seemingly becomes increasingly difficult to navigate. My joy persists in the face of uncertainty.
Even if this is not representative of your experience, your honesty is welcome here. I honor your bravery if you have shown up to one of our spaces recently. Co-creating future paradigms that challenge the harmfulness of our current cultures requires you! and me! and your neighbor! and that cute person at the coffee shop! and that friend that forgets to respond to your text! and even that person that you aren't very fond of!
We need each other. Our hearts, bodies, and minds.
I am grateful for you just reading this message, thank you for connecting with me. (I invite you to reply with your thoughts too!) My grief for this changing world is woven with gratitude for people that make up my heart-centered community. How amazing is it that I am capable of such complexity and have learned it from other Good Grievers?
If you are need of some reminders of how our capacity expands when we are together, I hope you come to one of our exciting events mentioned below. And if you have felt the personal benefits of this amazing network, please consider supporting GGN by contributing to our mission. We are able to continue serving everyone that comes to our organization thanks to donations from Good Grievers like you. Thank you for co-creating those opportunities with us. |
